Four sailors killed and four coast guard members missing following an attack by warships in western Yemen

Four Yemeni sailors were killed and four Coast Guard members are missing following an attack by warships in the Red Sea.

The incident occurred as the sailors were traveling from the "Anjar" area in Djibouti to the shores of "Dhubab" in Bab al-Mandeb, western Yemen.

Two bodies were found in Anjar, one completely burned and the other dismembered. The bodies of two other sailors are still missing.

Three of the deceased sailors were from Wahjah in Dhubab al-Mandeb, Taiz Governorate, while the identity of the fourth remains unknown.

In a related development, four Coast Guard soldiers, who were on a mission to intercept a boat reportedly carrying smuggled weapons and ammunition, have also gone missing after losing contact during their mission. The search for them is in progress.
