Five Houthi secret prisons revealed in Sanaa

Security sources revealed details of five secret prisons and detention facilities used by the Iran-backed terrorist Houthis in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa since they took control of it in October 2014.
 
The sources told Khabar Agency that there are five secret prisons run by the two Houthi leaders, Abdul Basit Al-Hadi, the governor of Sanaa, and the director of his office, Zakaria al-Fasih, and they are distributed in the neighborhoods of Beit Baws, Artel, Dar Selm, and Hezyaz.
 
The two leaders have turned the homes of military leaders and government service buildings into secret prisons to kidnap dissidents.
 
"The first prison located in the house of Major General Mohammed Ali Al-Maqdashi, the former Minister of Defense of the recognized government, the second in the Cleaning and Improvement Fund building, the third, next to the Natco company in front of 48 Model Hospital in Hezyaz area, the fourth one next to Hindwana market in Dar Selm, and the fifth prison located in the house of a former military commander in Artel area". The sources said.
 
"These prisons are crowded with hundreds of abductees and forcibly disappeared persons, who are subjected to the most heinous violations and the practice of psychological and physical torture". The sources added.
 
The sources called on the United Nations, the International Red Cross and all international organizations concerned with human rights, to intervene urgently to protect the abductees and forcibly disappeared persons and to preserve their physical integrity, and to put pressure on the Houthis to reveal their fate, identify their health condition, and release them urgently.
